Tenant portal
View your home, rent, deposit and contact details, and send a receipt for a rent payment.
Who can use it: Accept your portal invitation to access your tenancy. Payment confirmation also needs Pay rent enabled and a visible bank account.
4 how-tos · 13 steps
What you can do
- Choose a tenancy and view its home, household, lease dates and property manager’s contact details.
- Read the rent calendar, paginated payment history and deposit status, including recorded dates.
- Use Pay rent for bank transfer instructions and to submit a receipt after paying through your bank.
- Request changes to contact details for approval. A profile photo can be changed immediately.
How-to 1
Open your tenancy
- Step 1:
Open the portal link from your invitation and sign in with the invited email. If several tenancies are available, choose the one you want.
- Step 2:
Review your home and household in the profile card. Open Lease for lease details, and use Switch tenancy to move to another tenancy you can access.
- Step 3:
Select Requests beside your profile to open the documents and requests dialog. If an action says it is unavailable, contact your property manager; no request has been sent.
How-to 2
Check rent and deposit records
- Step 1:
Use the year arrows on the rent calendar above the tabs to inspect another year. Open Payments for payment history and the deposit.
- Step 2:
A paid month shows its recorded received date and whether it was on time. “Not recorded in Landwide” means no payment is recorded there; it is not proof that you did not pay.
- Step 3:
Use the payment history’s page controls and choose 5, 10, 20, 50 or 100 rows per page. Check the Deposit section for the recorded status, received date and refunds.
How-to 3
Send a receipt for rent you have paid
- Step 1:
Open Pay rent and check How to pay. Copy the account holder, IBAN and reference into your bank’s transfer or standing-order instructions.
- Step 2:
Make the payment through your bank first. Landwide’s Confirm payment button reports a payment; it does not move money.
- Step 3:
Select Confirm payment, enter the amount, payment date and reference used, and attach your bank’s receipt. A PDF, JPEG, PNG or WebP file up to 4 MB is required.
- Step 4:
Select Send for confirmation. Follow its status under Payments you confirmed: Waiting for your landlord, Received or Not received.
How-to 4
Correct your contact details
- Step 1:
Select the pencil beside your details, then Continue editing. Edit the information and review your changes.
- Step 2:
Confirm sending the changes for approval. Your property manager must approve them before the record changes; the portal shows the pending request.
- Step 3:
Use Change profile picture to upload and crop your own photo. Photo changes do not wait for approval.
Good to know
- If Pay rent is missing, your organization may not have enabled it or may not have shared a bank account. Ask your property manager for payment instructions.
- “Amount hidden” reflects the organization’s visibility setting; it does not mean the amount is zero.
- Signing invitations arrive by email and open a separate document-signing page. Use that email link to review and sign.
- Switching off Pay rent hides payment instructions and receipt submission, not the tenant’s existing payment history.
